TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 – The submissions can be new or already published original artwork by artists over 18 years old from United Kingdom with the theme “New Beginnings”
2 – To participate, submit your work through your personal Instagram account using the hashtag #mockingbirdpressart (in the post) ( Please note: hashtag in comments will not count as submission), additionally, you may follow and tag our account @mockingbirdpress_uk
2 – There is no submission limit so feel free to submit several designs with the topic (each submission in a different post)
3 – We are accepting any 2d artwork or imagery that can be printed: Illustration, painting, drawing, photography, collage, digital or traditional art, it is up to you!
4 – The submitted work can be any size but we recommend you to upload it with the maximum quality possible.
5 – By submitting you declare you are the owner and creator of the original artwork
6 – Artwork will not include mature content or violence
7 – By submitting you agree that we can repost and share your artwork in our social media channels for artist’s promotion purposes and as part of the contest
8 – The competition starts at 2:00 pm on the 15th of February 2021 and will end at midnight on the 15th of March 2021. Entries received after this date and time will not be considered for entry
9 – Work that does not follow these terms and conditions will not be admissible and will not be considered as a valid entry
10 – In addition, Mockingbird Press reserves the right to disqualify a work, where in the reasonable view of the jurors:
- The work does not meet any of the entry criteria;
- The Artist cannot be contacted;
- The Artist does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted by the Company
- The work is deemed inappropriate for the contest
11- Prizes are vouchers to the value of the prize awarded. These vouchers are exchangeable for Fine Art Giclée prints of any design desired by the artist in high resolution (provided by the artist) as follow:
- First Prize = £150
- Second Prize = £75
- Third Prize = £50
12 – The three prizes are exchanged for Fine Art Giclée prints to be produced by Mockingbird Press. These vouchers cannot be exchanged for money and are non-refundable.
13 – The awarded vouchers will expire on 31 August 2021.
14 – The competition is not open to members of Mockingbird Press
15 – The winners of the competition will be firstly notified by email and secondly published in our Social channels within 5 working days of the competition close date.
