Putting the art into printing
Giclée printing allows us to create incredibly rich and detailed fine art prints. We use a specialist Canon printer, archival quality paper, fade-resistant inks and acid free fine art/photographic papers.
Giclée prints are environmentally safe as the inks are water-based and the paper is acid-free. We use long-life archival UV-safe pigmented inks supplied by Canon, however, a Giclée must be treated as fine art and placed away from direct sunlight.
FLAT RATES oN PAPER
The finest quality, archival, acid-free papers, approved by Fotospeed are capable of reproducing images at a very high resolution, from A6 to A1.

Natural Soft Textured Bright White 315gsm
This is our most popular paper across artistic genres. Particularly suited to fine art and illustration printing, it also lends rich colour and fine details to fine art photography.
Natural Textured Bright White 315gsm
This is beautifully textured paper, similar to that of traditional watercolour. It’s natural white tone highlights the colour intensity of different pigments, including blacks. A sturdy paper, perfect for presenting artwork with an authentic feel.
Platinum Etching 285 gsm
Platinum Etching is 25% cotton and 75% alpha-cellulose. A genuine mould-made paper in both look and feel, Platinum Etching is ideal for reproductions of traditional artworks, and also for striking and expressive photo reproductions and illustration.
BUDGET GICLÉE PRINTING
Affordable photographic printing perfect for portfolio work
These are less heavy papers that, despite being too light to suit many artist’s needs, still use our fine art inks and printers. This provides many cost-effective opportunities for high quality printing, and are perfect for such things as portfolios, posters, and affordable limited edition prints.
Matt Ultra 240 gsm
Smooth, bright white, middleweight, all-purpose paper with a matt finish. This cost-effective paper is ideal for running proofs or printing final images. Matt Ultra’s wide colour gamut reliably delivers beautiful images every time.

OUR PROCESS
ARTWORK FILES
With our extensive knowledge of Photoshop we can colour correct, remove scratches and extend images to produce exceptional results from our reproduction or supplied images.
ARTWORK PHOTOGRAPHY
If your artwork has not yet been photographed, we can do this for you, using daylight-balanced lighting and specialised high resolution equipment, from £10 per image.
PAPER CHOICES
Our varied paper collection means there’s a media suitable for every piece of artwork. Use something you’re familiar with or visit the studio with your artwork for a paper demo.
PRINTING AND FINISHING
Using a 12-colour Canon printer and inks, we ensure each print is quality checked, and packaged securely for delivery or collection.
